We offer a range of options when it comes to resolving your problems. Whether you want your computer fixed or are a small company, we offer on-site and off-site assistance. We offer remote assistance to help you anytime there is a software related issue. Our on-site assistance can be for both software and hardware, depending on your needs.
Cloud computing
ITFox offers the option to keep all your data safe. From daily to a routine back up that best suit your needs. There are two types that we offer that can be combined if needed. Option one is remote back-up, in which we will automatically backup your data and manage everything for you. Option two is physical back-up, where we provide onsite assistance to store on a physical drive that can be stored, either with you or with us.
